Expansion of Haslinger / Nagele’s M&A team through new addition and promotion

Starting in September 2025, the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte, led by Partners Johanna Fischer-Proier, Julia Goth, Daniela Huemer, and Christoph Szep, will be strengthened by the addition of two new Attorneys-at-Law and further expanded due to high demand. Leonie Müller, an experienced lawyer with several years of experience at renowned German law firms, is joining Haslinger / Nagele. In addition, Roman Büchel will be promoted to Attorney-at-Law. With his promotion, the firm once again reinforces its existing team of lawyers with exceptionally talented and dedicated in-house junior professionals.

New addition: Leonie Müller brings international experience

After completing her law studies at the University of Regensburg, Leonie Müller spent over ten years working at two renowned international law firms in Frankfurt before joining Haslinger / Nagele. In 2024, she also completed training as a certified mentor. Her practice focuses on banking and finance, particularly cross-border structured financings, as well as corporate law and M&A. These core areas are complemented by her expertise in conflict management and mediation.

Promotion: Roman Büchel promoted to Attorney-at-Law

Roman Büchel began his journey with Haslinger / Nagele during his law studies in Linz, as part of a Practice4Jus internship. Before continuing as an Associate in 2021, he gained valuable experience at a commercial law firm in Linz and at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms. Most recently, Büchel has been involved in advising on national and international M&A projects.
