Leonie Müller

Leonie Müller is a German lawyer and is registered in the list of European lawyers in Upper Austria. She studied at the University of Regensburg and—for two semesters abroad—at the University of Oxford, where she obtained a Diploma in Legal Studies. After completing her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Heidelberg, she was admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main in 2014. There she worked for renowned international law firms in the field of structured finance with a focus on real estate, corporate, and project finance. Leonie Müller is also a certified mediator and assists in the search for sustainable solutions in conflict situations. She has been part of the financing and M&A team at Haslinger / Nagele since September 2025.

She advises national and international banks and investors on the granting, extension, and restructuring of national and cross-border financing and supports national and international transactions (financing, M&A).
