Mag. Roman Büchel

Roman Büchel joined Haslinger / Nagele as an Associate in December 2021, where he has been working as an Attorney-at-Law since September 2025.

Working as an intern at Haslinger/Nagele under its Practice4 Jus programme for law students, he was able to gain professional experience during his studies. Roman also worked as a project employee in the field of data protection for an Upper Austrian company and completed an internship at one of the Big Four auditors in the area of advisory/forensics.

His practice at Haslinger/Nagele focuses on corporate and company law, mergers & acquisitions, foundation law and commercial contract law. Roman Büchel also works as an external lecturer at Hagenberg University of Applied Sciences.
