JUVE ranking for real estate and construction law

A successful bridge between generations

The July/August 2025 issue of the JUVE magazine features the ranking for real estate and construction law. The lawyers from the Real Estate and Construction Law team at Haslinger / Nagele have secured their place among the country’s leading practice groups with a 1-star rating (Private Construction Law). This recognition also honors our successful generational transition, marked by the promotion of Mario Laimgruber and Thomas Riesz to Partners.

The practice group led by Daniela Huemer, Christoph Dupal, Roland Zauner and Martin Stempkowski “often operates at the intersection with public procurement and state aid law, where it can play to its strengths,” notes the JUVE editorial team (2025). In addition to interdisciplinary collaboration, the team focuses on comprehensive legal advice for project developments, including public law, financing, transactions, and lease and tenancy law.
