Chambers Europe 2025 – continued advancement
In the current Chambers Europe 2025 ranking, 6 practice groups and 8 lawyers from Haslinger / Nagele once again achieve top rankings.
Haslinger / Nagele continues to strengthen its position in the Chambers Europe 2025 ranking, once again achieving outstanding results for both its practice groups and individual lawyers. A total of six legal fields and eight lawyers are listed. Particularly noteworthy is the first-time ranking of the entire Corporate Law/M&A practice group; Martin Oder advances to Band 2 in Public Law: Public Procurement/PPP, and the Criminal Defense & White-Collar Crime practice group rises to Band 3.
Further recognitions go to the practice groups in Antitrust, Competition & State Aid Law, Public Economic & Constitutional Law, Environmental and Technology Law, and Public Procurement Law.
In the category Public Law: Planning and Environment, the team led by Wilhelm Bergthaler and Wolfgang Berger achieves the highest possible ranking with Band 1. In the category Public Law: General, Haslinger / Nagele again reaches Band 2, as well as in Public Law: Public Procurement/PPP..
We are particularly pleased with the mention of numerous individuals and the associated recognition in their respective fields:
Wilhelm Bergthaler achieves a Band 1 ranking in two disciplines (Public Law: Generaland Public Law: Planning and Environment), while Wolfgang Berger is once again recognized as a leading expert in Public Law: Planning and Environment. Additionally, Martin Oder and Martin Stempkowski are each mentioned in Band 4 in Public Law: Public Procurement/PPP.
Wolfgang Moringer is counted among the few “Senior Statespeople” in the White-Collar Crime category. With René Haumer (Band 3) and Bernd Wiesinger (“Up and Coming“) also listed, we are proud to have three individual recognitions in this category.
In the category Competition/European Law, Martin Oder, Martin Stempkowski and Alexander Hiersche are also each ranked in Band 4.
