Lecture Series Insolvency Law & Restructuring: The Responsible Representative according to Section 9 VStG in Insolvency

As part of the lecture series “Insolvency Law and Restructuring”, an event on the topic “The Responsible Representative according to Section 9 VStG in Insolvency” will take place in the Festsaal of the Johannes Kepler University on January 30th, 2024, at 5 PM.

The lecture series is organized by the association Interessengemeinschaft Sanierungsrecht. This association was founded in 2001 on the initiative of our law firm and has set itself the goal of promoting discussion and interaction between science and business as well as teaching and further education in the field of insolvency law. The lecture series will be moderated by insolvency and restructuring law expert Thomas Kurz.
