Recht der Umwelt – special issue on the Renewable Expansion Act

In the current special issue on the Renewable Expansion Act of the specialist journal Recht der Umwelt (Law of the Environment), five lawyers of the Haslinger / Nagele team are represented with four different articles:

• Willi Bergthaler with the editorial: Energie-Wende gut, alles gut? (All’s well that ends well? – thoughts on the energy transition)
• Johannes Hartlieb and Kaleb Kitzmüller: Erneuerbare-Energie-Gemeinschaften: Zivilrechtliche Stolpersteine und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen (Renewable energy communities: Civil law stumbling blocks and regulatory frameworks)
• Emil Nigmatullin: Unions- und verfassungsrechtliche Überlegungen zur Marktprämienförderung bei Energiegemeinschaften (European Union Law and Constitutional Law considerations on market-based support schemes for energy communities)
• Mario Laimgruber: Anlagenrechtliche Implikationen des neuen EAG-Regimes (Implications of the new EAG regime on Industrial Plant Law)
