Kaleb Kitzmüller has been an attorney at Haslinger / Nagele since 2022. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions (with a focus on renewable energies), real estate law, climate protection law and the interfaces between public law and civil law. He is co-founder of the practice group 360° Renewable Energy where he is the contact person for all contract law issues.

After graduating from the University of Vienna with a law degree, he completed the court year and subsequently gained valuable experience in the field of insolvency and reorganization as a trainee lawyer in a renowned Viennese law firm. From 2019, he worked as an associate at Haslinger / Nagele. In 2020, he passed the bar exam with very good results. In 2021/2022, he completed the master’s program International Business Law – Climate Change and Corporations at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Kaleb Kitzmüller lectures regularly and publishes on topics related to the energy transition.
