We help with implementation and processing!

Confidential. Respectful. Effective
Mediation is a proven method of out-of-court dispute resolution.
In a structured and confidential process, a neutral and impartial mediator supports the parties in working out a mutually agreed solution that creates added value for all involved – one that is interest-based, economically sensible, and sustainable from a human perspective. Mediation can open up space for understanding and solution-finding – even where communication seems to have long since broken down.
The process is confidential, voluntary and based on the principle of self-responsibility: the parties retain control over both the content and the outcome.
With our comprehensive legal expertise, we also support you in the legal implementation of the mediation results. This ensures that the solutions reached are not only viable in terms of content, but also legally sound. Upon conclusion of the mediation, the mediator can – with the consent of all parties involved – assist in the legal implementation of the result, for example by drafting contracts or preparing court settlements.
The initiation and proper continuation of mediation by a registered mediator suspends the commencement and continuation of limitation periods and other deadlines for asserting the rights and claims affected by the mediation. This gives all parties involved the necessary space to jointly develop a solution – without the pressure of ticking legal time limits.
