Seminar on Mergers & Acquisitions
Together with Mag. Dr. Robert Bachl our Partner Christoph Szep will organize and hold the practice-oriented seminar on Mergers & Acquisitions as part of the AWAK, the legal training institution of the Lawyer’s Academy. It will take place on October 15th and 16th, 2021 at the Hotel Seegasthof Oberndorfer in Attersee.
The seminar will cover a broad range of issues, including transfer of assets, liability, warranty, tax, and competition law issues, and it will provide plenty of practical examples.
