Lecture: Journalism and Science Communication

As part of the new extension course “Journalism and Science Communication” at Johannes Kepler University Linz, Markus Gaderer will give exciting lectures on the legal foundations of copyright and media law on October 16 and 23, 2025.

The extension program is aimed at students and graduates of JKU and is offered in cooperation with the Upper Austrian Journalism Academy. It provides practical basic knowledge in journalism and science communication—ideal for supplementing a first degree and expanding media skills.

Markus Gaderer’s lecture offers a well-founded insight into the legal framework of journalistic work and is a valuable contribution to the training of future communicators between science and the public.
