Annual Conference: The Commercial Operating Facility 2026

On June 15th, 2026, the annual conference “The Commercial Operating Facility 2026” will take place in Linz. Case law updates, practical tips, and current developments will be covered under the theme “Liability and Penalties.“

Wilhelm Bergthaler is the conference chair and will give a presentation together with Cornelia Lanser in the second thematic block on the topic of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO) Amendment and related new project strategies.

In the afternoon, Reka Krasznai will report on Contaminated Site Liability for Project Locations, and Bernd Wiesinger will provide an overview of the topic “Milder Administrative Penalties – Higher Court Penalties?”
