Cornelia Lanser advises and represents private and institutional clients in the field of European and Austrian public law, particularly in environmental proceedings for industrial and infrastructure facilities.
She studied law at the University of Vienna from 2011 to 2015 and then worked for four years as a university assistant at the Institute for European Law at the University of Vienna (Professor Thomas Jaeger). During this time, she completed a research stay at the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg and received her doctorate from the University of Vienna in 2020 (with honors). In addition, she earned an LL.M. with a focus on European law from Leiden University (Netherlands) in 2021.
She then began her career as a trainee lawyer in 2021, passed the bar exam and the judicial exam (with distinction), and has been part of the Vienna office since 2023.
In addition to her legal work, Cornelia Lanser is a regular academic author and lecturer in the field of public law.
