AI Factory Austria – Protecting Innovation. Securing Growth.

Together with AI:AT AI Factory Austria, we are hosting a hands-on workshop on October 28th from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for anyone currently launching a startup or planning the next phase of growth. The workshop consists of two parts. First, Markus Gaderer will provide insights into intellectual property, patents, and trademarks.

The following topics will be discussed:

• How can I strategically protect innovations, software, AI applications and know-how, and how can I secure competitive advantages?
• Practical tips for avoiding common mistakes when building and protecting intellectual property.

Then, Roman Büchel will focus on the various corporate law issues that arise as companies grow or spin-offs are established.

The following key topics will be addressed:

• What do startups need to consider when founding a company, raising capital and during subsequent financing rounds?
• Key legal aspects for a company’s development, from the initial stages through to further growth.
