Impacts of Corona on lending & restructuring – regulatory update – Q&A on the EBA-GL and the audit practice

From June 14^th to June 15^th, 2021 the 16^th imh banking congress course “Marktfolge & Backoffice” will take place at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen in Vienna. Lecturer is, among others, Mag. Thomas Kurz.

On June 15^th, Thomas Kurz will talk about paradigm shifts in restructuring law. He will go into more detail on the implementation of the EU restructuring directive in Austria as well as on the lockdown and continuation prognosis. Moreover, he will take part in a panel discussion on “How do you, as a financial service provider, deal with the corona pandemic”.
