Urgent legal issues
After completing his legal studies , Julius Ecker worked as a university assistant for the Institute of Civil Law (to Prof. Kerschner) and the Institute of Envirnomental Law (to Prof. Wagner) at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Subsequently, he clerked at the Higher Regional Court Linz. During this time, he completed his Master’s degree in medical law at the University of Innsbruck and wrote his dissertation on the interface between neighboring rights and the right of residence, which was awarded the Austrian Envirnomental and Technology Award 2019. Since October 2019, Julius Ecker has been an Associate at Haslinger / Nagele. Besides his publishing and lecturing activities in civil and environmental law, he continues to hold lectures at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.
