Webinar Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)

Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) are becoming increasingly important in Austria. According to the objectives of the EU Commission, these long-term energy supply contracts are intended to promote the implementation of renewable energy projects in the future and at the same time protect energy consumers from strong fluctuations in electricity prices.

Possibilities for the (legal) design and stumbling blocks of these long-term energy supply contracts will be discussed by Haslinger / Nagele experts Martin Stempkowski and Kaleb Kitzmüller in a WEBINAR on January 18th, 2024, from 11:00 to 11:45 AM.
