Webinar Photovoltaic Practice Check: Successful Project Realization in Salzburg

An online webinar on how to successfully implement projects in the field of photovoltaics will be held on Tuesday, September 26th, 2023, between 3:30 and 4:45 pm.

The expansion of photovoltaics is an important part of the green transition, and many businesses are about to invest in their own PV system. No matter if it is a small plant or a contribution to the energy transition on a large scale – the legal hurdles to a successful photovoltaic project implementation are manifold.

In order to support Salzburg’s industrial companies in their photovoltaic projects, the Industry Division of the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce has commissioned a checklist for the construction and operation of PV systems. It is intended to provide valuable tips and advice so that projects can be implemented without friction.

The practice group 360° Renewable Energy of Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte GmbH will present the “PV Checklist” and will in particular address scenarios relevant for the State of Salzburg in terms of regional planning and licensing law.
