Trust in AI – Now RIGHT More Than Ever!

On October 8th, 2025, the HRM Experts Group will host its 9th Business Breakfast at our Linz office. As part of the event, Fabian Blumberger and Markus Gaderer will provide insights on the topic “Employee Development with AI – Designing Legally Compliant and Practically Oriented Solutions.”

Artificial intelligence offers great opportunities for employee development and assessment – but especially in the sensitive area of HR, the use of AI tools raises numerous legal questions. In their presentation, Fabian Blumberger and Markus Gaderer will demonstrate – through concrete case studies – how AI impacts employee development.
