Master of Legal Studies: Lecture on Administrative Procedures

Partner Dr. Wolfgang Berger will give a lecture (VO) on administrative procedures on Friday, December 1st, 2023, as part of the Master of Legal Studies (MLS) program at the Danube University Krems. The program can be described as a “short law studies program for non-lawyers”, as it imparts broad legal expertise to individuals who do not have a background in law.

Thanks to the lecturer’s expertise as an Attorney-at-Law and judge, participants gain a particularly practical insight into the following sub-disciplines of formal administrative law:

• Constitutional and EU legal foundations of administrative procedures
• General administrative procedures
• Administrative penal procedures
• Enforcement
• Procedures before administrative courts
• Appeals to the Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Court
