Seminar on Mergers & Acquisitions

Together with Prof. Martin Karollus our Partner Christoph Szep will hold a seminar at the Johannes Kepler University Linz on Mergers & Acquisitions. The seminar will cover a broad range of issues, including transfer of assets, liability, warranty, tax and competition law issues, and provide plenty of practical examples.
