imh COURSE: Back Office

From March 29th to March30th, 2022, the imh COURSE “Back Office” will take place at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen in Vienna. Among the speakers will be Thomas Kurz.

On March 30th, Thomas Kurz will give a lecture on the practical issues of the Restructuring Act. He will go into more detail on potential areas of application and no-go areas. Moreover, in this respect, he will discuss the freedom of legal arrangement, various defense strategies and case studies.
