How to draft purchase contracts – a seminar for practitioners

Daniela Huemer and Stefan Guggenberger will hold a seminar for practitioners on the drafting of purchase contracts on 13/14 September in Attersee (“Der Anwalt als Vertragsverfasser – Der Kaufvertrag anhand von Praxisbeispielen”).

The topics covered will range from negotiating strategies, the drafting of the contract (as share and asset deal respectively), and trusteeships.
