EIA Law in Practice
The law of environmental impact assessment is complex and to a large extent influenced by European Union law. Due to the dynamic legal development in this area of law, a regular update is required!
On November 17th, 2021, the conference “EIA Law in Practice” will take place at the Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. It is organized by the Austrian Water and Waste Management Association (ÖWAV).
Wolfgang Berger will moderate the first block “Current EIA” and Wilhelm Bergthaler will speak in the third block on environmental compatibility in EIA.
Participants are asked to register by mail, by fax 01/532 07 47 or via the online form.
