Course “Corporate Law” – MBA Business Law 2022

As part of the university course Business Law of LIMAK Austrian Business School, Daniela Huemer and Dietmar Lux will lecture on the topic of corporate law on April 21st and 22nd, 2022.

This course is aimed at board members, managing directors, authorized signatories, members of the management as well as division and department heads who bear responsibility in their company/institution, are interested in legal topics and want to further develop themselves in this area.
