AWAK Seminar: Drafting Written Submissions and Conduct of Proceedings in Public Law I – Administrative Authorities (AVG, VStG)

On October 15th, 2026, the AWAK seminar “Drafting Written Submissions and Conduct of Proceedings in Public Law I – Administrative Authorities (AVG, VStG)” will take place in Vienna. In the first part of the seminar, Mathis Fister will present the conduct of proceedings before administrative authorities (AVG, VStG) using overviews, checklists, and pleading templates. The topics will be examined from the perspective of legal practice (textbook knowledge is assumed). The focus is on practical guidance for procedural conduct and strategy, as well as on the drafting of written submissions.
