Mag. Klara Fuchs

Klara Fuchs has been working as an attorney-at-law at Haslinger / Nagele since January 2026. Her main areas of expertise are compliance and internal investigations. In particular, she advises on issues at the interface between public procurement law, antitrust law and commercial criminal law. Another focus of her work is the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as sanctions compliance.  Since April 2026 she is a certified Compliance Officer.

Klara Fuchs studied law at the University of Vienna and worked in law firms during her studies. After completing her court internship at the Vienna Higher Regional Court, she began her training as an associate at a civil law firm in Vienna, specialising in banking and capital market law as well as tenancy, residential and construction law. She then moved to the public procurement law team of a large Viennese commercial law firm. In January 2018, she passed the bar exam and then worked for several years as an attorney-at-law in the field of public procurement law and, as part of internal investigations, also at the interface with antitrust and commercial criminal law. Before joining Haslinger / Nagele, she gained experience in management consulting in the field of AML and sanctions compliance at one of the ‘Big Four’ firms.
