Rieder / Huemer, corporate law – the 6th edition

We continue to educate ourselves and would like to share this knowledge with others – most recently in the area of ​​”corporate law.” Our Partner Daniela Huemer has updated her book on corporate law in collaboration with her colleague Bernhard Rieder (DORDA Attorneys-at-Law). This is an already established work in both academia and practice.

The update includes the latest legislative changes and current judicature, allowing students, practitioners, and candidates for various professional exams (such as the bar exam, tax advisor exam, etc.) to quickly obtain a comprehensive overview of corporate law as of January 2024 (6th edition) in a structured form. It is particularly noteworthy that the new legal form FlexCo (FlexKapG, Flexible Capital Company), which has existed since January 1st, 2024, is also presented in a comprehensive and practical manner.
