Haslinger / Nagele advises voestalpine on the acquisition of Torri S.P.A.

Haslinger / Nagele advises the Dutch subsidiary of voestalpine, NEDCON B.V., on the acquisition of all shares in Torri S.P.A., a producer of racking systems and storage platforms based in Vicenza, Italy. The transaction was closed on October 17th, 2023. The Haslinger / Nagele team was led by Moritz Salzgeber (Attorney-at-law, Corporate Law/M&A), Johanna Fischer (Partner, Corporate Law/M&A), and Alexander Hiersche (Partner, Antitrust Law). Other team members included Birgit Meisinger (Attorney-at-law, Corporate Law) and Anna Follrich (Trainee Attorney-at-law, Corporate Law/M&A).

The Haslinger / Nagele team advised voestalpine/Nedcon in close collaboration with LCA Studio Legale from Milan, Italy. The LCA team was led by Riccardo Sismondi (Partner, M&A). Other team members included Lara Bianchini (Senior Associate, M&A), Chiara Fadda (Associate, M&A) and Gianmarco Corradi (Associate, M&A).

The sellers were advised by Thomas Fritzsche (PFR Rechtsanwälte) and Volker Weiss (Schönherr Rechtsanwälte).
