Mario Laimgruber becomes new environmental law Partner at Haslinger / Nagele
Mario Laimgruber (36) will be appointed Partner at Haslinger / Nagele Attorneys-at-Law at the Vienna office, effective February 2025. He has already played a leading role in major mandates, particularly in the field of energy generation and distribution. He co-founded the “360° Renewable Energy” practice group, which is among the most dynamic units of the new generation at Haslinger / Nagele.

Laimgruber has been with Haslinger / Nagele since 2018, advising and representing clients on all aspects of environmental law. His practice focuses in particular on extensive environmental impact assessments and administrative proceedings as well as administrative criminal proceedings. He specializes in EIA law, water law, high-voltage power line law, industrial plant law, public construction law, spatial planning law, nature conservation law, waste management law, forestry law, mineral resources law as well as in general support for successful project implementations, including expropriation and compensation proceedings.
