Linz commentary on the Code of Criminal Procedure & commentary on the Corporate Criminal Liability Act

The second edition of the now well-established “Linzer Kommentar” on the Code of Criminal Procedure will soon be published. Co-edited by René Haumer, the comprehensive edition of the Code of Criminal Procedure from the perspective of lecturers from various universities, judges and public prosecutors as well as lawyers and defense attorneys from all over Austria also includes contributions from our Partners Fabian Blumberger on proceedings concerning private law claims and Bernd Wiesinger on the main hearing.

Also forthcoming is the new commentary on the Corporate Criminal Liability Act (VbVG), co-edited by Bernd Wiesinger. This is the first major commentary on the VbVG, in which around 20 authors from various universities, the judiciary and legal professions comprehensively deal with the central law on corporate criminal law. It includes contributions by René Haumer, Wolfgang Moringer and Laura Viechtbauer.
