Julius Ecker was awarded the LAWard!

For the second time in a row (after Theresa Haglmüller in the previous year) one of our Associates won the LAWard for his dissertation, which is awarded annually by the daily newspaper Die Presse, the law firm Cerha, the publishing house Facultas and the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Aside from that, his outstanding dissertation on neighboring rights, which deals with legal issues at the interface between neighboring rights and the rights of residence, also received the environmental and technology law award.

We are very delighted for our colleague Julius Ecker and proud to have such young legal talents in our law firm.
