Civil Law Aspects of Solar Systems in the Self-Interest of a Condominium Owner

In his article, Maurizio-Damiano Stoisser deals with the expansion of renewable energy, specifically solar systems (PV systems and solar thermal systems) in condominium ownership (WEG). He outlines the civil law framework conditions that apply to the installation of solar systems for the personal use of a condominium owner and addresses the challenges associated with this.
