Maurizio-Damiano Stoisser advises clients in the private and public sectors, focusing primarily on public law matters, often with a connection to EU law. His practice areas include energy and environmental law in connection with industrial and infrastructure projects.
Before joining Haslinger / Nagele, he worked for approximately two years as a research assistant at the Austrian Supreme Administrative Court. Prior to that he completed his judicial clerkship at the Vienna Higher Regional Court. He also gained several years of professional experience in the private sector.
Maurizio-Damiano Stoisser studied law at the University of Vienna and passed the bar exam. In addition to his work at Haslinger / Nagele, he teaches public law as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and is an author of relevant scholarly publications.
