Genetic analyses and the use of genetically modified organisms for therapeutic purposes

The new Handbook Medical Law, edited by Lukas Bittighofer and published by the Linde Verlag, has been released.

It is a practice-oriented reference work that presents key issues of Austrian medical law in a well-founded and accessible way. Dominique Korbel makes a special contribution with her chapter on medical genetic engineering law.
