Dr. Dominique Korbel

Dominique Korbel studied law at the University of Vienna. She then completed her court practice in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and worked as a trainee lawyer in a Viennese law firm. Most recently, she worked for four years as a university assistant at the University of Vienna at the Institute of Constitutional and Administrative Law, in the Department of Medical Law under Prof. Dr. Stöger, MJur. During this time, she was also a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg and wrote her dissertation on blood safety law.

In addition to her publishing and lecturing activities in medical and health law, she is a lecturer at the Austrian Academy of Physicians, a lecturer at the University of Vienna and a trained mediator.

Dominique Korbel joined the Haslinger / Nagele team as an associate in December 2024. Her main areas of practice are public law and health law.
