Daniela Huemer in “Die Presse”-Branch Talks

In the most recent branch talk of the daily newspaper “Die Presse”, our Partner Daniela Huemer conversed with Robert Löw (chairman of the “Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG”) and Peter Bartos (Vice President of the Chamber for Tax Advisors and Public Auditors) about ownership transfers in private businesses.

Daniela Huemer analyzed which hurdles must be overcome when handing over businesses, especially if the transfer takes place within a family, and additionally she elaborated on common topics of conflict and how these conflicts can be anticipated and avoided. Furthermore, she discussed the impacts of the Coronavirus crisis on transfers of ownerships and made proposals to reform foundation law.
