Annual Conference – Discretionary Control

On February 27th, 2024, the Department of Public Law at the University of Salzburg will hold its seventh annual conference on the topic of “Discretionary Control.” Renowned experts from across Austria, including two Supreme Court judges and a State Administrative Court President, will speak at the conference. The focus will be on the control of discretionary decisions.

As part of the conference, our expert Mathis Fister will deliver a presentation from 10:00 to 10:50 am on the topic of “Discretionary Control of Administrative Decisions.”
