Where is the legal protection for a future worth living in?

Wilhelm Bergthaler, Bernhard Schwab (climate activist) and Michaela Krömer (attorney and respresentative of the NGOs in the climate action before the Constitutional Court) deal with the following question in a “dorftv-broadcast”: Where is the legal protection for a future worth living in? The climate action brought by the environmental organization Greenpeace was rejected by the Constitutional Court in mid-October. In reaction to the ruling, an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights is currently being examined.
