imh: Right-of-Way and Utility Easements

From January 20th to 21st, 2026, the imh seminar on the topic of “Right-of-Way and Utility Easements” will take place at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen in Vienna. The seminar will provide an overview of the implications of the EU’s acceleration requirements. Insights will be given into where difficulties may arise during installations and what must be considered in expropriation proceedings. Additional topics include declarations of consent and approval procedures, as well as compensation and mitigation measures in nature conservation and forestry law.

As part of the seminar, Johannes Hartlieb and Caroline Weiß will provide insights into the following topics on the second seminar day:

• Utility easements and right-of-way
• Utility construction and liability
