As part of the international Vienna eFuel Congress, various experts will give presentations on the topic of “Climate Protection Through Fuels” from September 25th to September 26th, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. The two-day conference will explore questions such as:

• What can policymakers do to shape the energy transition in a socially and regionally responsible way and even accelerate it?
• What actions can Austria take independently or initiate at the EU level?
• What role does gas play in the secure, affordable, climate-compatible energy system of the future?
• Is gas the logical partner for green electricity?

On September 26th at 11:30 a.m., Johannes Hartlieb will provide insights on the topic “Import of eFuels from a Legal Perspective.“
