EIA Law in Practice

This year’s practical seminar by the Austrian Water and Waste Management Association (ÖWAV) focuses on the 2023 amended EIA Act with the following core topics: the new provisions on soil protection and the amendment of the definition of “urban development projects”, the distinction between environmental impacts as “priority” and “non-priority” in environmental impact assessment as well as questions related to planning, including energy spatial planning and urban development.

The event will take place on November 7th, 2023, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology, Niederhuber and Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH and Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
