Top placement in the JUVE antitrust law ranking

In the latest JUVE ranking, Haslinger / Nagele’s antitrust team is once again among the leading practice groups in the country (4 stars).

The unique selling point is the interweaving of antitrust law expertise with profound knowledge and experience in public procurement law as well as criminal law (it should be made clear at this point that criminal law is handled by a separate department in our firm, which, however, cooperates very closely with the antitrust department on a case-by-case basis). The specialization of part of the team in state aid and energy law (regulatory) issues also received a special mention. Both areas are currently of particular importance in view of the investigations by the Federal Competition Authority into bidding agreements in various industries and the challenges in the energy market.

The three practice group leaders Martin Oder, Martin Stempkowski (“are very good, both also do public procurement law” – competitors about both) and Alexander Hiersche (“is super and does a lot in construction cartel” – competitors) receive an explicit mention as frequently recommended Attorneys-at-law.
