Mag. Maximilian Hubner earned his law degree from Johannes Kepler University Linz.
During his studies, he completed internships at various Austrian law firms and worked for two years as a paralegal at an international pharmaceutical company. From November 2025 to March 2026, he completed his legal training at the Vienna Regional Court.
Maximilian Hubner has been working as an associate at Haslinger / Nagele since April 2026. His practice focuses on antitrust and public procurement law.
