Anna Obereder studied law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz from 2013 to 2017, during which time she worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Administrative Law and Administration and the Institute for Constitutional Law and Political Science. After completing her studies, she worked as a university assistant at the Institute of Constitutional Law and Political Science in the Department of State Organization and Public Finance Law. During this time, Anna Obereder completed assignments in the Constitutional Service Directorate of the Office of the Upper Austrian Provincial Government and at the Provincial Administrative Court of Upper Austria. From July 2022 to December 2024, she worked as a constitutional law clerk at the Constitutional Court and completed an MBA course at LIMAK with a focus on Digital Transformation and Change Management while working.
Anna Obereder is writing her dissertation on cremation and the handling of corpse ashes in Austria. Most recently, she has been working academically on issues of access to information and the right to information, but she also writes publications and gives specialist lectures in various other areas of public law.
