Andreas Rothmann holds a degree in business pedagogy with a focus on human resources management and marketing. He gained first practical work experience as a self-employed coach and trainer. In 2008, he started his career in human resources management as personnel assistant and apprentice trainer at NPO Netzwerk AG. In the same year, he joined the “Beruflichen Fortbildungszentren (bfz) GmbH” as a project manager with personnel responsibility. In 2013, he was appointed deputy and in 2014 business manager. In April 2015, he joined Haslinger / Nagele as human resources and organization manager.
