StPO – Linzer Commentary on the Code of Criminal Procedure

In autumn 2020, the Linzer Commentary on the Code of Criminal Procedure, co-edited by René Haumer, will be published. In around 2500 pages, the authors – including Fabian Blumberger and Bernd Wiesinger – deal with current case law and literature on the entire Code of Criminal Procedure.
