Company Law Day 2018 – “Six months GDPR…”

Not much of a surprise, this year’s Company Law Day focused on one of the most-discussed pieces of legislation in 2018, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation: “6 months GDPR – the beginning of the end, or the end of the beginning?” 

However, our high profile speakers Prof. Nikolaus Forgó and Prof. Boris P. Paal, as well as Prof. Michael Mayrhofer, who acted as chairperson, casted light on a wide variety of aspects of the GDPR that haven’t attracted much attention yet – and so did many members of the audience who shared their personal experiences and views.

Thank you very much to everyone who contributed to the success of this event! We are already looking forward to next year’s Company Law Day.
