Alexander Müller promoted to Attorney-at-Law

In May 2023, Alexander Müller (33) will be promoted to Attorney-at-Law after only three years with Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte and will strengthen the team in the areas of Corporate / M&A as well as Business Succession / Trusts. The growth course is thus consistently continued.

Prior to that, Alexander Müller worked in research and teaching for several years as a university assistant and senior lecturer at the Institute of Civil Law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. To this day, he has remained connected to his university as a lecturer and regularly published relevant publications with practical relevance.

Alexander Müller’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on shareholder disputes and support for listed stock corporations, while in the area of private clients & trust law the focus is on inheritance law and corporate succession. He also advises in all areas of business-related civil law, in particular contract, consumer and banking contract law.
