Moritz Salzgeber strengthens M&A team

As of November 2022, Mag. Moritz Salzgeber (34) will strengthen the Corporate / M&A team at Haslinger / Nagele as an Attorney-at-law. He has many years of experience in M&A, corporate law as well as private equity and venture capital.

Moritz Salzgeber began his career in 2013 at a major law firm in Vienna as an Associate in the field of corporate law / M&A. From 2017 to 2018, he was a foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He then returned to his former firm in Austria as an Attorney-at-law in January 2019.

His practice focuses on M&A, corporate law, private equity, and venture capital investments as well as general commercial law. He can look back on ten years of experience in particularly advising family- and owner-managed (listed) corporations as well as private equity and venture capital funds. Moritz Salzgeber often advises in a cross-border context.
